Patrick Ringshausen works as a freelance project manager for FIN LAW. He assists the firm in capital markets law matters, performing non-legal services. His focus is on preparing legally required offering documentation, such as securities prospectuses, securities information sheets, and key information documents in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation, the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), and the PRIIPs Regulation. Patrick Ringshausen has a strong professional background in financial regulatory law and brings this expertise to bear as added value for the firm’s clients. Prior to his cooperation with FIN LAW as a freelancer, he worked as an associate consultant at international auditing firms, where his consulting practice focused on financial regulatory law and financial instruments. Patrick Ringshausen studied law at Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg and is currently pursuing a part-time degree in business law (LL.B.) at IU International University.
