Attorney Anja von Rosenstiel Contributes Chapter to MiCAR Handbook

The European Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) will soon have legal effect in its entirety. MiCAR will also have an impact on cross-border crypto-asset services and their regulatory treatment. Thus, a comparative legal analysis and classification of the new regulation is an important contribution that will enable effective advice on cross-border crypto-asset services in the future. Attorney Anja von Rosenstiel, LL.M. (Boston University), M.A. (Viadrina) and of counsel at FIN LAW, has provided a comparative legal analysis of the MiCAR with US regulations in the handbook MiCAR, edited by Johannes Meier, which is expected to be published in February 2025.
