Attorney Dr. Konrad Uhink is a co-founder of FIN LAW. He advises national and international companies in the financial services sector on regulatory matters, as well as companies outside the financial sector on the planning and implementation of both digitalized and traditional capital market issuances. His expertise focuses on legal advisory services related to raising debt, equity, and hybrid capital through investment products, the preparation of the necessary documentation for such issuances, and representation in approval procedures with the relevant regulatory authorities. Dr. Konrad Uhink has been advising his clients in this field since 2012. Additionally, he is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance in the certificate program “Certified Blockchain Expert.”

Before founding FIN LAW, Dr. Konrad Uhink worked for several years at one of the world’s leading law firms specializing in capital markets law. He advised large corporations and major banks on the legal structuring of cross-border capital market issuances.

Dr. Konrad Uhink studied law at Justus Liebig University in Giessen, where he earned his doctorate (Dr. iur.) in international capital markets law after completing the First State Examination. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.
