Anton Schröder

Attorney Anton Schröder is associate at FIN LAW. He mainly advises national and international companies from the digital industry as well as BaFin licensed crypto asset service providers on regulatory issues, but also on the drafting of contractual and informational documentation required for their business operations, such as general terms and conditions, cooperation agreements or other information sheets. In addition, Anton Schröder advises on issues of IT law and data protection law. His core areas of expertise in this respect are the protection of IT products and legal issues relating to the provision of software in the sense of Software as a Service (SaaS) and the provision of internet services.

Anton Schröder studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen. He specialized in international private and civil procedure law. His expertise in this area is particularly useful when drafting contracts with an international dimension. For the final grade of his first state examination, he received recognition from the Hessian Minister of Justice for his outstanding performance. During his law studies, Anton Schröder already dealt extensively with blockchain technology and the law of crypto assets as well as all related legal issues.

Before and during his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, Anton Schröder worked as a research assistant in the M&A department of a major international law firm. He also completed his legal clerkship at our law firm and deepened his legal knowledge in our areas of practice. After successfully completing his second state examination and being admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main, he joined the FIN LAW team as a lawyer at the beginning of 2024.
